To the woman who feels like she’s lost herself…

Sometimes, we lose ourselves. In life. In love. In the swirl of who we thought we had to be.
And while it can feel like a breaking… it’s not wrong.
It’s human.
It's sacred.
Because in the losing, we are actually finding. Reclaiming. Re-seeing.
Becoming someone we’ve never met before—but who was always waiting underneath.
We go through these cycles.
Of forgetting… and remembering.
Of holding on… and then letting go.
Of becoming… and unbecoming… and becoming again.
I’m in one of those seasons now.
Peeling back layers.
Listening deeper.
Meeting myself in a way I never have before.
And from this space, I may show up more.
Or I may be quieter.
Because I no longer live in constant—I live in flow.
If you’re in a moment of feeling lost, unsure, undone— You’re not alone.
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re right on time.
We’re all walking each other home,
And I’m here with you.
With love, always,
