During your Generational Healing Session, you will be asked a couple of questions about your family lineage, what is ailing you, and what you are experiencing that you would like to change. You will then lay down comfortably in a peaceful, relaxing and quiet space with relaxing music to begin your session. I then connect with your ancestors. I ask the ancestor that needs the most healing to come forward and share their story with me. As they are sharing their story, I am working with your energy with there guidance.

 

Each session connects in and heals one lineage.
