To the ones moving through the storm…

I’ve been noticing a theme — many of the women and clients I hold space for are moving through so much right now. And if that’s you too… you’re not alone.
If it feels like a storm, like everything is cracking or unraveling, I want you to know: This moment — as uncomfortable or chaotic as it may be — is also a sacred threshold.
Storms don’t come to destroy you. They come to open you. To shake loose the parts of you that are not truly you. To soften the places that were too tight for your soul to breathe. To help you feel what’s been buried. And to gently guide you back home… to your truth, your rhythm, your essence.
We’ve all been conditioned — taught how to be, what to do, how to perform and survive. But underneath that conditioning lives you. The real you. The one who may have been silenced, hardened, or tucked away for safety.
This storm you’re in is asking for your presence, not your perfection. It’s asking you to feel, to release, to shed… So you can remember who you truly are beneath it all.
You are not broken. You are becoming. You are not lost. You are returning.
So breathe.
You matter. You’re needed. And this storm may just be the beginning of your awakening.
Please, don’t go through this alone. Call on your trusted friends. Message me if your heart needs holding. You don’t need to carry it all by yourself.
We rise, not by avoiding the chaos, but by allowing it to reveal us.
With love, always
