Dear Beautiful Soul,

If you’ve ever wondered where I’ve been or why I don’t show up often on social media… I want to gently share a little truth from my heart.

As a Reflector in Human Design, I move with the rhythms of life—slowly, intuitively, and deeply. And right now, life is full. It’s rich and beautiful and intense.

I’m raising kids, holding space for clients, tending to a full inner and outer world. And honestly, figuring out all the techy, online, algorithm stuff just isn’t where my energy goes naturally. My presence is very real—just not always in pixels or posts.

So while I may not appear often in your feed, I want you to know…
