What is the Soul Circle for/ about?
I am creating a safe & sacred space where you can just be you AUTHENTICALLY!
Each week will be a new self discovery questions, or hypnosis meditation, or activity. This is a safe, scared and loving space for you as you awaken and connect within.
I will support you as you go into questions that may feel uncomfortable, but by doing this I am taking you deep within yourself to uncover, heal, and awaken you to the inner beauty within you. As you may discover patterns or beliefs that have been keeping you stuck.
If you want to change or shift anything in your life it must start from within.
This will be a weekly Soul Circle to feed your soul and shift your life to one that fulfills you!
