Monthly Virtual Soul Circle!
7 pm-9 pm CST or 5 pm-7 pm PST.
This is a safe and sacred container where you can just be you... feel heard, and supported.
Emotions are welcome and judgments are not.
We are all equally human and we all make "mistakes". You can't know what it is like in anyone else life until you have walked in
their shoes and you haven't because you are YOU, not them.
This is a space of acceptance and love!
From this space, you can grow into the YOU...
You know, that kick-ass goddess that lights up your soul! You feel her from time to time.
She is ready to be heard and felt.
I will provide you with self-discovery questions to explore her because our mindset is everything.
You are given time to write and reflect on what shows up for you. It is here you can really start to learn yourself, to have space to just go and discover places that you have not yet gone within.
Afterward, we go around and share. Sharing is not mandatory but is extremely healing for both you and the other women in the circle.
It is amazing the things we think we need to go through alone or feel that we are alone in but we don't have to, it is just all you've known.
