Soul Therapy Circle~ (Bi-weekly Circle) 

Each circle I will ask you questions about YOU in your life. 

It will awaken new parts within you and bring in new awarenesses for you. From this place you can then grow and learn to create the life that you want, one that is authentic to who you are. 

Join me as I take you on an inner journey.  

Each Soul Therapy Circle is different and deeply supportive  

I will give you guided questions to support you to connect within and reflect on your life and you!  

You will be given space to go into these questions...reflect on them and journal about them. After each question and reflection... we share, but you only share what you want you and when it feels right. 

I will hold space for you to hear your truth, as you express yourself, you will discover YOU in a new way. 

This is a safe, sacred and non-judgmental space for you to learn, grow and awaken to YOU.  

What does your life, feelings, emotions or experiences want to teach and share with you?  

What you will need: 

A quiet and uninterrupted space (away from others, this is your time). 

Your amazingly awesome self

A journal and pen

Something to drink

Maybe Kleenex (emotions are welcomed)
